This personal data ACMA collects will be used for the following purposes: To contact ACMA Parties regarding ACMA matters, information and interests only.
The Party contact/user page on the ACMA website and accessible by the ACMA Secretary only, contains:
- Name
- Working group they belong to, MC Member, CMG, MG, as applicable
- Any user access restriction
- E-mail address
- Member Company website
- Access login and password details to the members area of the website.
While attending an ACMA event your photograph may be taken and used in ACMA promotional material.
ACMA stores presentations submitted by those individuals attending its MC, CMG and any other Agreement related meetings. Because ACMA maintains historical records of its activities, all information may be stored in perpetuity unless otherwise advised.
